Импульсный синхронный понижающий DC/DC стабилизатор, регулируемый 3В-17В, 0.8В-12В, 3.5A, VQFN-11.
The TPS62135RGXT is a high accuracy 3V to 17V 3.5A step-down converter with DCS-Control in 11 pin VQFN-HR package. The high efficiency and easy to use synchronous step-down DC to DC converter based on the DCS-Control topology with DCS-Control operate at wide input voltage range of 3V to 17V makes it suitable for multi-cell Li-ion as well as 12V intermediate supply rails. It automatically enters power save mode at light loads to maintain high efficiency across the whole load range. With that, the device is well suited for applications that require connected standby performance, like ultra low power computers. With the MODE pin set to low, the switching frequency of the device is adapted automatically based on the input and output voltage. It is used in POL for connected standby requirements, POL supply from single or multiple Li-ion battery, gaming consoles, SSD drives, mobile and embedded computers.
- Output voltage range from 0.8V to 12V, output voltage accuracy of ±1% (PWM mode)
- Quiescent current is 18µA (typ)
- Shutdown mode, current is 1µA (typ) and output is actively discharged
- Adjustable soft-start
- 100% duty cycle mode
- Precise ENABLE input allows, user-defined undervoltage lockout, exact sequencing
- Optional HICCUP overcurrent protection
- Power good output
- Constant on-time control mode
