The NCV51510MWTAG is a 3A VTT termination source/sink regulator for DDR, DDR-2, DDR-3, DDR-4 in 10 pin DFN package. This source/sink double data rate DDR termination regulator is specifically designed for low input voltage and low noise systems where space is a key consideration. The NCV51510 maintains a fast transient response and only requires a minimum VTT load capacitance of 10µF for output stability. It supports remote sensing and all power requirements for DDR VTT bus termination. The device can also be used in low power chipsets and graphics processor cores that require dynamically adjustable output voltages. It is typically used in DDR memory termination, servers & networking equipment, telecom/datacom, GSM base station, graphics processor core supplies, supplies power for chipset/RAM as low as 0.5V and active source/sink bus termination.
- Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified and PPAP capable
- Quiescent VCC current of 0.7mA, shutdown VCC current of 350µA (active-low SS = 0V, VRI > 0.45V)
- VTT output voltage range of 0.5V to 1.5V
- Supports loads up to ±3A, output is overcurrent protected
- Integrated MOSFETs with thermal shutdown protection
- Wettable flank option for enhanced optical inspection, built-in soft start and undervoltage lockout
- PGOOD output pin to monitor status of VTT output regulation
- Active-low SS input pin for suspend shutdown mode
- 1.1V to 3.6V PVCC input voltage range (power) and 2.7V to 3.6V VCC input voltage range (analogue)
