The STK681-360-E is a motor driver thick film Hybrid IC designed for current control of DC brush motors. It allows forward, reverse and brake operations in accordance with the external input signal. The peak startup output current is 5.8A and the peak brake output current is 8A. It has current sensing resistor (0.05R) built-in and it can space-saving design easily. It obviate the need to design for the dead time in order to turn-OFF the upper and lower drive devices when switching between the forward and reverse operation mode.
