The NCV8154MTW180280TCG is a dual 300mA, low IQ, low dropout, dual input voltage regulator in 6 pin WDFN package. This linear voltage regulator offers two independent input pins and provides a very stable and accurate voltage with ultra low noise and very high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) suitable for RF applications. The NCV8154 is suitable for powering RF blocks of automotive infotainment systems and other power sensitive device. Due to low power consumption the NCV8154 offers high efficiency and low thermal dissipation. It is typically used in applications requiring wettable flanks for enhanced visual inspection, wireless LAN, Bluetooth, ZigBee interfaces.

• Two independent output voltages of 1.8V/2.8V (OUT1/OUT2)
• Quiescent current of 55µA and shutdown current of 0.1µA
• Operating input voltage range from 1.9V to 5.25V
• Low quiescent current of 55µA per channel, highly effective solution at light load conditions
• High PSRR of 75dB at 1KHz and very low dropout of 160mV typical at 300mA
• Thermal shutdown and current limit protections provides robust design and high reliability
• Stable with 1µF ceramic output capacitor and output noise voltage of 75µVrms at f = 10Hz to 100KHz
