The NCV8177BMX330TCG is a fast transient response low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator with enable feature in 4 pin XDFN package. This CMOS LDO regulator provides 500mA output current. The input voltage is as low as 1.6V and output voltage can be set from 0.75V. It provides very stable and accurate voltage with low noise and high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) suitable for RF applications. The NCV8177 is suitable for powering RF blocks of automotive infotainment systems and other power sensitive device. Due to low power consumption the NCV8177 offers high efficiency and low thermal dissipation. Small 4 pin XDFN (1mm x 1mm) package makes the device especially suitable for space constrained applications. It has line regulation of 0.02%/V (VIN = VOUT-NOM + 0.5V to 5.25V, VIN >= 1.6 V) and load regulation of 1mV (1mA <= IOUT <= 500mA).
